What you will do

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Agent Experience applying B2C/SaaS rigor to internal platforms focusing on performance low-latency data and zero-training UI.
• Architect and deploy AI Voice and Chat Agents for automated servicing handling complex financial transactions.
• Define and own OKRs like Cost Per Interaction CPI First Contact Resolution FCR and AI Containment Rates partnering with business stakeholders.
• Ensure architectural integrity scalability and Compliant by Design across Technology Operations Risk Compliance and Legal.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management building and scaling modern digital products with portfolio of high-quality stable scalable software.
• Deep background in Conversational AI Voice/Chat automated customer servicing NLP/NLU and real-time tools.
• FinTech expertise in financial services regulated industry.
• Technical fluency in API contracts system architecture; design thinking for efficient internal tools; AI power user with LLMs.
• Proven ability to own business outcomes and KPIs with product-first mindset.
