TL;DR

Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin. Hybrid options available in Seattle, New York, and Northwest Arkansas.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

A digital marketing agency that integrates media, creative, analytics, and influencer strategies to drive growth for ambitious brands through its in-house studio, Donut Studios.

What you will do

  • Develop creative and messaging strategies for digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Act as the Creative Strategy Lead for assigned accounts, providing guidance on direction and platform best practices.
  • Analyze consumer mindsets and behaviors to translate insights into actionable creative direction for internal teams.
  • Partner with media counterparts to review campaign KPIs and optimize creative strategies based on performance data.
  • Manage creative launch pipelines and develop clear creative briefs using tools like Asana and Slack.
  • Perform quality control on scripts and final deliverables to ensure brand alignment and campaign goal achievement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy at a digital agency or DTC brand.
  • Must be based in one of the authorized US states listed in the location section.
  • Strong expertise in direct response creative and platform-specific storytelling for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proven track record of leading client strategy and measurably improving creative performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite (especially Sheets).
  • Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks or building UGC programs.
