TL;DR

Creative Strategist (Marketing): Lead the development, messaging strategy, and execution of high-performing creative assets across paid media and direct response channels with an accent on optimizing for acquisition performance while maintaining brand consistency. Focus on authoring full-funnel strategic briefs, guiding concept development, managing production workflows, and leveraging performance data for continuous refinement and A/B testing.

Location: 1120 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC (prioritize hiring talent in the Charlotte area for hybrid workforce)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of creative assets for paid media, direct mail, and email campaigns.
  • Execute creative messaging strategy, translating objectives and insights into compelling campaigns.
  • Develop full-funnel strategic creative briefs for internal teams and agencies.
  • Partner with marketing, media, and CRM teams to align creative with channel strategies.
  • Guide creative concepts, provide feedback to improve clarity, impact, and conversions.
  • Manage production across digital display, paid social, search, direct mail, and email.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in marketing, creative campaign development, or performance marketing, preferably acquisition-focused.
  • Experience with paid media and direct response channels (digital display, paid social, email, direct mail).
  • Collaboration with creative teams, designers, copywriters, and agencies.
  • End-to-end production management including timelines, feedback, and approvals.
  • Use performance insights to refine creative and outcomes.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
  • Experience with creative briefing, asset management systems, and marketing workflows.
