What you will do

• Lead clinical requirements development and translate business needs into product designs, specifications, and use cases.
• Design workflows, functional specifications, and documentation for new projects, enhancements, and order sets in Sunrise Clinical Manager.
• Configure applications, run reports, and perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Interact with users, vendors, and teams to gather requirements, demonstrate functionality, and provide support including 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Deliver training to residents and assist with helpdesk issues like workstation setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years relevant experience, including 2-3 years at senior level
• 10+ years senior experience in business process support for products like Sunrise Clinical Manager, Surgical Care, Radiology preferred
• 3+ years working knowledge of Sunrise applications (Acute Care, Emergency Care, Ambulatory Care)
• Strong functional knowledge of assigned healthcare application technologies
