What you will do

• Manage month-end accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis for Irish and Swedish entities.
• Lead annual audits and prepare statutory reporting and filings for local legal entities.
• Oversee all tax compliance activities, including VAT, WHT, and corporate income tax returns.
• Coordinate monthly cash flow forecasting and reporting in accordance with corporate treasury policy.
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement in EMEA financial control procedures.
• Collaborate with centralized AP, AR, and Payroll teams to review and approve outputs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IFRS and Local GAAP accounting standards.
• Practical experience in month-end and annual closing processes.
• Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors, and local consultants.
• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship

Nice to have

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in industry.
• Proficiency with SAP and OneStream.
• Experience in a global software company.
• Knowledge of Irish and Swedish local taxation requirements.
