Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA (in-person attendance expected 5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of engineers, managers, and applied ML specialists.
  • Guide model development and evaluation to ensure AI applications are performant, secure, and scalable for millions of users.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and executive leaders to align AI platforms with business needs.
  • Establish clear engineering processes to ensure reliable delivery, code quality, and system scalability.

Requirements

  • Proven engineering leadership experience, including a track record of managing managers and hiring top talent.
  • Hands-on experience in Applied Machine Learning, specifically productionizing applications leveraging LLMs.
  • Deep understanding of ML infrastructure, platforms, and the complexities of enterprise AI deployment.
  • Execution-focused mindset capable of translating business goals into technical milestones.
  • Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA with in-person attendance 5 days per week.
