Salary: $264,000 - $330,000

What you will do
- Manage sales for company products within the assigned Mid-Atlantic geographic territory and named accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and capture tactical sales opportunities to align with strategic goals.
- Develop business strategies and solutions for complex customer problems.
- Maintain the customer database and ensure forecasting accuracy using SalesForce.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on demonstrations, on-site visits, and product specifications.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct selling experience in Networking or Network Security.
- Must currently reside in Maryland, Washington D.C., or Virginia area.
- Proven track record of quota attainment (e.g., President’s Club).
- Strong consultative and solution selling skills.
- Proficiency with SalesForce for forecasting and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, CIS, or related field preferred.
Nice to have
- Background in sales engineering.
- Training in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering.
