What you will do

  • Execute the triage process by converting sales orders, quotes, and contracts into structured projects within ConnectWise.
  • Ensure accurate project setup, including financial fields, billing methods, work roles, and work plans.
  • Develop and distribute standardized reports and dashboards regarding project health, financials, and resource utilization.
  • Maintain PMO governance by ensuring adherence to standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements.
  • Support resource capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling across the project portfolio.
  • Contribute to process improvement by creating or refining SOPs and implementing automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or project operations role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ConnectWise, specifically in project triage and financial configuration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of project management frameworks such as PMI, Agile, or hybrid models.
  • Ability to support healthcare organizations nationwide (USA).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting healthcare IT or MSP environments.
  • Familiarity with finance data, billing models, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Exposure to M&A integration projects or enterprise-scale operational initiatives.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
