What you will do

• Define and build systems for age-based access to minimize user friction.
• Develop age estimation and assurance capabilities with high accuracy and accountability.
• Create and support minor and guardian consent workflows across different regions.
• Translate technical signals into clear and enforceable product decisions.
• Evolve the product in alignment with changing global regulations and platform requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Trust & Safety teams to manage complex tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in identity, fraud, or trust & safety domains.
• Must be based in the US (sponsorship is not provided).
• Direct experience in age assurance or kids’ online safety is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to minor/guardian consent or regulated onboarding flows.
• Comfort working with technical systems, including APIs and decisioning logic.
• Experience partnering with Data Science teams on model-driven products.
