What you will do

• Perform day-to-day HR administration, including maintaining personnel files and organizing employee records.
• Monitor and administer the working time tracking system to ensure compliance with the German Working Time Act.
• Generate regular HR reports and perform data quality checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including welcome materials and system setup.
• Prepare employee lifecycle documentation such as contract amendments and reference letters.
• Provide office coordination support and help organize People-led engagement events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Native or near-native German language proficiency.
• Good English communication skills for an international environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
