What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for labor law inquiries and HR policy guidance.
• Manage end-to-end HR administration, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support payroll preparation by verifying and consolidating relevant data.
• Maintain accurate employee records and optimize HR databases for scalability.
• Collaborate with the global HR team to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Assist in developing and refining HR processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in an HR Manager or similar operational role.
• Profound expertise in labor law, HR administration, and payroll processes.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.
• Experience working with HR software and digital management tools.
• Proactive, structured approach with a strong attention to detail.
