What you will do
- Handle employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Manage HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with HR administration, payroll processes, and labor law.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Experience with HR software and digital tools, with a proactive and structured approach.
