What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
• Manage account-related needs and membership inquiries.
• Execute retention strategies to prevent customers from cancelling their memberships.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to order inquiries.

Requirements

• Strong soft skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to handle high-volume, back-to-back contacts in a fast-paced environment.
• OS: Windows 10/11 (Strictly no MacBooks).
• Hardware: Dual monitors and a USB-connected headset (No Bluetooth/3.5mm).
• Connectivity: Verified Static IP.
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST.
