TL;DR
Support Specialist (Technical): Deliver tier 1 technical support for audio and gaming products via phone, email, and chat with an accent on customer education, issue resolution, and product testing. Location: Remote or onsite based in Germany (Raubling) or Denmark (Ballerup). Must be based in DE or DK.

What you will do
- Provide tier 1 technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Educate customers on website tools and resources
- Document all customer interactions, requests, and issues in the ticketing system
- Demonstrate empathy and make independent decisions for efficient customer experiences
- Work in a team to deliver exceptional support and build Jabra brand awareness
- Test and evaluate new products prior to release
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a high-contact support center
- Experience in conflict resolution and relationship management
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German, and Swedish
- Strong communication skills to explain technical problems in customer-friendly language
- Strong interpersonal skills for team and customer interactions
- Resourceful problem-solving and independent decision-making
