What you will do
- Own communication with B2B clients via email and phone, both reactively and proactively.
- Build relationships and become the go-to person for clients.
- Take full end-to-end ownership of client inquiries and ensure constant follow-ups.
- Guide clients through platform features and solutions to maximize usage.
- Identify patterns, problems, and opportunities to improve processes.
- Document insights and interactions to scale the function.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Proactive mindset to spot and solve problems.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment with little structure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Nice to have
- Lithuanian, Russian, or Polish language skills.
- Experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
- Interest in cars/automotive.
