What you will do
- Provide first-line phone and email support for invoice questions, administrative requests, basic product inquiries, and pedagogical usage.
- Route customer inquiries to Sales, Finance, Product, and Tech Support teams ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate with Finance on billing issues, invoice status tracking, and payment follow-ups for German-speaking customers.
- Qualify inbound leads, support sales with meetings, demos, follow-ups, and CRM record maintenance.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support outreach for new leads via referrals.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities
- Comfortable handling multiple requests in fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Sales Support
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and billing platforms (e.g., Chargebee)
- Interest in education technology or K-12 learning environments
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models
