TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (German Speaking) (EdTech): Act as first point of contact for German-speaking customers supporting K-12 product portfolio with administrative coordination, sales assistance, and communication bridging. Focus on handling invoice queries, qualifying leads, identifying sales opportunities, and routing inquiries efficiently.

100% office work or hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

  • Provide first-line phone and email support for invoice questions, administrative requests, basic product inquiries, and pedagogical usage.
  • Route customer inquiries to Sales, Finance, Product, and Tech Support teams ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinate with Finance on billing issues, invoice status tracking, and payment follow-ups for German-speaking customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads, support sales with meetings, demos, follow-ups, and CRM record maintenance.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support outreach for new leads via referrals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills
  • Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities
  • Comfortable handling multiple requests in fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently

Nice to have

  • Experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Sales Support
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and billing platforms (e.g., Chargebee)
  • Interest in education technology or K-12 learning environments
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models
