TL;DR
Customer Success Engineer (Italian Speaker): Act as central technical partner for public transportation clients on AI/ML platform with an accent on onboarding, technical enablement, value realization, and integrations. Focus on delivering workshops, solution design, coaching sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive platform adoption and long-term success.
Location: Based in Italy, spend at least three days per week working from a local office or on-site with customers.

What you will do
- Own technical project delivery including data migration, platform configuration, and initial user training for timely go-live.
- Deliver continuous technical enablement, coaching, and value-focused workshops like optimization scenario analysis.
- Design solutions, manage integrations with client systems, and serve as platform capabilities expert.
- Build relationships with client technical users and stakeholders, map client structures, and mitigate risks.
- Manage project tasks alongside PMO/CSM to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Act as voice of the customer, handle escalations, and align with Product, R&D, Sales, and Support teams.
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (fluency in Portuguese, German, or Spanish very desirable).
- Proven experience in client-facing SaaS roles (ideally vertical), with B2B and/or B2G success.
- Track record of building strong client relationships with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage time-based projects, prioritize, and drive outcomes across multiple engagements.
- Experience adapting in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in transit, public transportation, CAD/AVL, or ITS.
- Fluency in Portuguese, German, or Spanish.
