Salary: Up to $31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide daily guidance and instructions to the sub-assembly team to ensure production goals are met.
• Communicate daily objectives, facilitate meetings, and present project status updates.
• Perform direct production work (approximately 50% of the role) following aircraft structure standards.
• Champion key KPIs, including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
• Mentor new employees and lead on-the-job training for manufacturing activities.
• Lead GEMBA presentations and implement continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED.
• 3+ years of structural/component assembly experience OR 2+ years of front-line leadership in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• U.S. citizenship, Permanent Residency (green card), or protected individual status.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Experience working in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
