What you will do

• Lead assembly team members and ensure adherence to standard work.
• Create, maintain, audit, and improve standard work processes.
• Manage cycle times to meet or beat takt time, assisting on the line as needed.
• Train new employees, handle transfers, and manage cross-training.
• Execute root cause problem solving to resolve issues preventing daily production goals.
• Utilize production control charts and boards to track and report progress.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Deep understanding of Standard work, takt time, bar charts, and spaghetti diagrams.
• Knowledge of Lean and 6S methodologies.
• Trained in TWI (Training Within Industry).
• Basic computer skills and ability to use the company's Standardized Problem Solving Process.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Past leadership experience.
• Additional education in lean, leadership, or manufacturing.
