Team Leader (Fabrication)

Team Leader (Fabrication): Overseeing fabrication operations at Plant 4 with an accent on continuous improvement and production goal attainment. Focus on standard work optimization, team training, and root cause problem solving to eliminate waste.

Location: Brillion, WI. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: Starting at $26.00/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus

What you will do

• Lead area team members and ensure strict adherence to standard work.
• Create, maintain, audit, and improve standard work processes.
• Monitor cycle times against takt time and assist on the production line to meet daily goals.
• Train new employees and manage cross-training initiatives.
• Perform root cause problem solving to resolve issues preventing production targets.
• Identify and eliminate waste using Lean and 6S principles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Deep understanding of Standard work, takt time, bar charts, and spaghetti diagrams.
• Proven knowledge of Lean, 6S, and TWI.
• Strong training and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
