Account Executive (Hospitality)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY

Salary: $70,500 - $75,000

What you will do

• Plan and execute various event types, including national sports and high-touch executive events.
• Interface with senior-level C-suite executives on-site during event execution.
• Research and recommend vendors, venues, hotels, and transportation while tracking budgets.
• Develop and manage timelines, run of show, and financial reconciliation.
• Facilitate the creative approval process for renderings, signage, and POS.
• Ensure compliance with agency protocols regarding vendor agreements and accounting.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality marketing.
• Experience working at an experiential agency or in hospitality experiences.
• Ability to work from the Los Angeles or New York office (Hybrid).
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, or equivalent experience.
