TL;DR

Project Coordinator (IT): Coordinate programs and activities within the Program Management Office including development of processes, tools, training, and governance for the IT project portfolio. Focus on managing portfolio data accuracy, generating reports, providing analytical and financial support, and executing contract functions.

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's HQ in Westerville, OH, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Assist with portfolio tool development, management, and governance.
  • Organize daily activities aligned with team goals.
  • Create and distribute standardized and ad hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, document notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Process paperwork for PMO programs and handle contract/Purchase Order functions.
  • Identify process improvements, potential problems, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a project coordination role.
  • High organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with document management processes.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, with ability to work independently in a complex environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
