What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, outlining milestones, tasks, and resource allocation in collaboration with clients.
• Manage the full software implementation lifecycle within complex and ambiguous environments.
• Foster strong relationships and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks to project outcomes.
• Prepare regular status reports, maintain comprehensive documentation, and analyze project metrics.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality project deliverables on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management specializing in software implementation and lifecycle management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to advise clients confidently and adapt quickly to new technologies in complex environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Technology industries.
• Prior experience in a professional consulting role.
• Experience working with complex business organizations.
