What you will do

• Assemble electrical switchgear and electromechanical equipment based on drawings, schematics, and production schedules.
• Perform precise wiring, component fitting, and integration for high-quality panels.
• Conduct mechanical/electrical maintenance, testing including current injection, and thermal imaging inspections.
• Support on-site installations, modifications, and material ordering.
• Mentor team members and report defects to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Build prototypes and development units in collaboration with supervisors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in wiring and assembling electrical panels.
• Ability to read and follow schematic diagrams accurately.
• Experience ensuring proper electrical connections and troubleshooting.
• Background in mechanical equipment and electromechanical systems assembly.
• Previous on-field service or onsite installation experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in LV/MV switchgear manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
