Salary: $186,000 - $302,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the XDR platform, including telemetry and AI enhancements.
• Develop strategies for managed security, customer-managed, and hybrid deployment models.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure operational readiness.
• Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into intuitive experiences to improve analyst efficiency.
• Establish measurable success criteria for detection effectiveness and platform adoption.
• Build and develop a high-performing product organization through strong processes and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including 4+ years leading product teams.
• Extensive experience with cybersecurity products such as XDR, MDR, EDR, or SIEM.
• Proven ability to execute strategies for complex, platform-based products with multiple dependencies.
• Experience working with integrations-heavy platforms and third-party technology ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Security Operations Centers (SOC) and enterprise SaaS environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
