What you will do

• Own the Agent roadmap across Windows, macOS, and Linux, balancing customer-driven features with performance and security hardening.
• Translate business vision and executive strategy into coherent technical roadmaps and specifications for the engineering organization.
• Ensure the agent is invisible, resilient against tampering, and reliable in hostile enterprise environments.
• Define, measure, and meet critical product KPIs including adoption, version rollout velocity, and agent stability.
• Maintain strategic relationships with OS vendors like Microsoft and Apple, and MDM providers such as Jamf and Intune.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years owning technical platforms, SDKs, or systems-level products.
• Deep technical ability to reason about Windows architecture and macOS system extensions.
• Proven experience shipping products in endpoint security (EDR, EPP, XDR), OS-level tools, or infrastructure software.
• Strong written communication skills for creating crisp PRDs and structured decision memos.

Nice to have

• Engineering background in systems, kernel, driver, or low-level platform programming.
• Direct experience with Windows Filter Drivers, Minifilters, or macOS Endpoint Security framework.
• Exposure to MDM ecosystems (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE) and Linux eBPF.
• Familiarity with on-device AI/ML inference and behavioral analytics.
