What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and multi-release roadmap for PAM capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver secure, scalable access management solutions.
• Engage with enterprise security, IT, and DevOps teams to translate complex requirements into product opportunities.
• Lead product discovery through user research, market analysis, and technical evaluation.
• Prioritize product initiatives and manage the backlog based on customer value and technical feasibility.
• Define and monitor success metrics to guide roadmap decisions and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong software engineering background with production coding experience in Python, Go, PowerShell, or Java.
• Hands-on understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), secrets handling, and automated rotation.
• Familiarity with zero-trust architectures and enterprise identity platforms like Okta or Azure AD.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with PAM solutions such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Delinea.
• Knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, and LDAP.
• Experience implementing RBAC or ABAC models.
• Previous engineering experience or ability to create technical prototypes.
