What you will do

• Design and implement scalable AI features focusing on multi-agent systems and advanced RAG architectures.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI services from model selection and deployment to monitoring in Kubernetes.
• Write clean Python code and collaborate on Go-based core infrastructure services.
• Establish standards for data privacy, model bias, security, model cards, red-teaming, and privacy impact assessments.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience shipping production-ready applications.
• Expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks applied to production systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python; hands-on Go experience or quick ramp-up ability strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS cloud inference pipelines.
• Exceptional communication to translate AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences, lead discussions, and mentor.
