Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead and own end-to-end new product design, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business goals.
• Manage and mentor the Product Design team through structured design reviews and continuous development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define problems, prototype ideas, and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Leverage data and user insights to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product offerings.
• Drive innovation by staying current with evolving design trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on mobile app design.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing Product Design teams.
• Proven track record of creating new products or experiences in emerging or undefined spaces.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design solutions to business goals and metrics.
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, decision-making process, and measurable impact.
