What you will do

• Act as a trusted business and sales advisor to customer executives, focusing on TCO, ROI, and platform scalability.
• Lead high-level business discovery to define strategies and commercial justification for large-scale CCaaS solutions.
• Develop successful commercial and transition strategies for customers migrating from legacy environments.
• Participate in delivering high-impact product demonstrations and PoCs showcasing integrations with CRM, WFO, and ERP.
• Analyze the CCaaS competitive landscape (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect) to effectively position hirify.global's differentiation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, with a strong preference for CCaaS/UCaaS expertise.
• Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding annual sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and whiteboarding skills for C-level audiences.
• Current authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel as required to achieve sales plans.
