TL;DR
Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst (CyberArk): Managing a high volume of customer requests for privileged account onboarding and password vaulting with an accent on eligibility validation, compliance, and troubleshooting. Focus on performing CyberArk operations, JIRA ticket prioritization, cross-referencing data sources, and supporting audits and reporting.
Location: Chandler, AZ - mandatory hybrid schedule of 3 days in office (6 AM – 3 PM AZ time)

What you will do
- Manage and prioritize 300+ monthly JIRA tickets for privileged account onboarding and password vaulting in CyberArk.
- Review, validate eligibility, and classify service accounts using multiple data sources and procedures.
- Perform CyberArk operations including password rotation, access control, logging, and integration with servers and applications.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues, session failures, and synchronization problems.
- Support reporting via Tableau dashboards, Excel analysis, and audit requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Information Security Analysis or equivalent experience (IAM, PAM, Cybersecurity Operations)
- Strong understanding of password vaulting concepts: secure storage, automated rotation, just-in-time access, audit logging, compliance.
- Experience with IAM/PAM platforms such as CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Power Query) and PowerPoint summaries.
- Familiarity with Tableau for reporting and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, process adherence in high-volume environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on CyberArk experience (PAM, onboarding, rotation, policy enforcement).
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, FFIEC, ISO).
- Experience identifying and recommending process improvements.
