What you will do
- Deliver exemplary customer service, maintain relationships, and ensure repeat business.
- Manage Client SLAs as second escalation point, resolve queries, and attend client meetings.
- Lead, develop, and motivate Customer Service team with performance measures and training.
- Represent business in DACH transport and parking market, support pre-sales, and prepare for future aspirations.
- Optimize P&L accounts, lead tendering, review contracts, and ensure timely invoice payments.
- Drive compliance, Health & Safety, and continuous service improvements across regions.
Requirements
- Track record of outstanding customer service at senior management level.
- Extensive experience managing operational customer service teams and contract SLAs.
- In-depth SME knowledge of customer service in transport/parking sector.
- Ability to lead high-performing teams, with financial aptitude and budget understanding.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, core IT skills (Microsoft Office, Google apps).
- Proven interpersonal skills, time-management, and problem-solving in demand-led environment.
