What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical presales engagements, from discovery through solution design to production readiness.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for CTOs, Heads of AI/ML, and platform engineering teams.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops to communicate platform value.
• Execute PoCs to demonstrate performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of AI solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, production-ready architectures and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align customer needs with the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, or Sales Engineer with customer-facing exposure.
• Proven experience in presales, including discovery and PoC execution.
• Solid understanding of ML/AI workloads (training and inference) and underlying infrastructure.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, distributed systems, Terraform, and Python.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Deep understanding of the MEA market, customer behaviors, and local ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU-accelerated workloads and the NVIDIA ecosystem (CUDA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks such as Kubeflow or MLflow.
• Familiarity with HPC environments and schedulers like Slurm.
• Experience contributing to regional go-to-market or developer community initiatives.
