Salary: $120,960 – $173,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Guide customers through API and AI governance lifecycle journeys through virtual and in-person technical workshops.
• Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures across hyperscalers, hybrid, or on-prem environments.
• Act as a technical guru and advisor for enterprise customers to ensure long-term success and product value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to improve customer adoption and retention.
• Create reusable tools, reference architectures, white papers, and design patterns based on customer experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as professional services or product support.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be based on the West Coast of the US.
• Hands-on experience with API gateways, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in Linux, DevOps, Security, and Networking fundamentals.
• Software development experience in Java, Python, or Lua.
