What you will do

• Collaborate with leading AI companies in China to identify model challenges, data gaps, and performance bottlenecks.
• Run technical workshops with customer AI and data teams to shape use cases that demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Support the deal process by articulating the value of large-scale behavioral and digital datasets from a model perspective.
• Lead post-deal implementation, guiding customers through integration, validation, and benchmarking.
• Help customers effectively apply hirify.global’s data within their model development and evaluation workflows.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with statistical and machine learning tools such as Python or R.
• Hands-on background in LLMs, AI Agents, NLP, image processing, or similar algorithms.
• Proficiency with SQL, Big Data tools (PySpark), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Strong verbal abilities to guide customers in both Chinese and English.
• Must be based in Shanghai to support a hybrid work model.
