• Drive advanced post-sales consulting and implementation for complex projects from pilot/PoC to full scalable solutions.
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions, shape architectural best practices, and tackle advanced challenges innovatively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and enhance product strategies.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to empower customers and partners.
• Develop high-impact technical documentation and resolve complex issues for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges and align solutions with business goals.
• Exceptional communication of technical concepts.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python; back-end integrations, HTML, CSS, server-side development.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
