Salary: $219,100 — $301,300 USD (Zone 1-4, plus bonus and equity).

What you will do

• Develop customer engagement strategies with Account Executives in your territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders through complex engagements with cloud ecosystems and 3rd party apps.
• Act as trusted advisor for data analytics architecture, design, and hirify.global adoption.
• Contribute to technical community via customer-facing collateral, workshops, and meet-ups.
• Pursue development in technical specialization, industry leadership, strategic vision, or people management.

Requirements

• 7+ years customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience in complex customer interactions and technical pre-sales.
• Ability to influence C-level executives and orchestrate teams for customer success.
• Coding experience in Python, Java, or Scala; willingness to learn Spark.
• Hands-on with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.
• Up to 30% travel when needed.
