• Design right-sized research for fast-moving early-stage product work
• Turn fuzzy questions into focused learning goals and uncover real user needs
• Synthesize inputs into clear themes, trade-offs, and recommendations
• Shape opportunities, concepts, and early testing with hirify.global
• Share findings credibly and build shared understanding across teams
• Strengthen research practice, community, and hirify.global library

Requirements

• Must be located in the UK
• Strong research judgement, synthesis, and working in ambiguity
• Turn hirify.global into influential stories and collaborate across disciplines
• Experience owning end-to-end research in innovation or discovery
• Use range of methods, adapt under constraints, synthesize multiple sources
• Build research practice beyond individual projects
