Salary: £59,800 - £75,000

What you will do

• Lead the planning, facilitation, and delivery of user research for a substantial GDS Beta project.
• Set the strategic research direction and act as the primary trusted point of contact for the client.
• Guide multidisciplinary delivery teams through the GDS Beta Assessment process.
• Articulate research insights to senior stakeholders and clients to influence project outcomes.
• Manage complex stakeholder groups and navigate ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading user research within GDS projects.
• Proven involvement in GDS Assessments, ideally at the Beta stage.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong project management, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working within Bluelight, Public Safety, or Justice contexts.
