What you will do

• Manage end-to-end A2P/10DLC registration for providers to ensure fast approval and delivery.
• Configure CNAM and SHAKEN/STIR setups within Twilio to improve caller ID accuracy.
• Maintain Mailgun accounts and configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for domain authentication.
• Execute email warming processes to build strong sender reputations and avoid spam filters.
• Build dashboards and trackers to monitor the real-time status of registrations and domain health.
• Develop and optimize SOPs, exploring automation and AI tools to scale operational workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Twilio, Mailgun, or similar SMS/email platforms.
• Strong attention to detail regarding technical configurations and DNS.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently in an async/remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) or email deliverability.
• Experience building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
