What you will do

• Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap prioritized by potential impact and effort.
• Map and own the full web acquisition funnel, identifying and resolving drop-off points from first touch to conversion.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, CTAs, forms, and onboarding flows.
• Lead on-page and technical SEO strategy, including site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Oversee the web content calendar and optimize existing content through regular audits to grow rankings.
• Define and track key funnel metrics (traffic, MQLs, CAC, conversion rate) and report to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a growth, digital marketing, or product marketing role with a strong web focus.
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic and conversion rates with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console) and web analytics (GA4, Mixpanel).
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or D2C environment.
