What you will do

• Manage HubSpot CRM across multiple client accounts, focusing on data hygiene, segmentation, and workflows.
• Build, schedule, and QA email campaigns and automation setup in HubSpot.
• Upload and format content for websites and blogs using HubSpot and WordPress.
• Analyze SEO reports to improve organic traffic and prepare client-ready marketing dashboards.
• Execute social media content scheduling and create simple assets via Canva.
• Edit and adapt marketing copy for emails, websites, and various campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing operations, CRM, or digital marketing support.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, email builds, reporting).
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proficiency with WordPress content editing and basic Canva skills.
• Strong written English skills for content structuring and editing.
