What you will do
- Oversee the end-to-end process for all incoming proposals, public sector contract windows, and RFP/RFI requests.
- Develop and execute a forward-looking state and cooperative contract strategy to anticipate procurement needs 12–18 months in advance.
- Maintain and enhance CRM workflows (Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and sales tool utilization.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting to provide strategic insights.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in sales workflows, including SOW generation and customer onboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Contracts teams to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations, ideally within technology services.
- Deep familiarity with Public Sector contracting processes (RFPs, SOWs, IDIQs, BPA call orders).
- Strong understanding of SaaS models and advanced proficiency with CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills for executive-level reporting.
- Must be based in one of the specified office locations (Atlanta, Hoboken, Richardson, or Sandy) to meet the 2-day on-site requirement.
