What you will do

• Oversee Senior Managers and Client Services Managers to achieve department and company goals.
• Ensure high-level service delivery and timely responses to meet client expectations.
• Support pre- and post-implementation activities for new products and client onboarding.
• Conduct routine outreach to ensure client retention and resolve escalation issues.
• Manage staff forecasting and day-to-day expenses within budgetary targets.
• Represent Client Services in Corporate Compliance Committee meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• 5 years of experience servicing health plan clients or similar clientele.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 down/10 up Mbps.

Nice to have

• Experience in Microsoft 365 Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM).
