What you will do

• Oversee all job site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and utility procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors according to the company's manual.
• Review project scope, develop schedules, update timelines, and manage punch-list completion and closeout.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and complete project reports on the intranet.
• Ensure adherence to HSEQ guidelines, OSHA, and local regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in construction with commercial or industrial general contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field highly desired
• Strong resource management skills for vendors, subcontractors, time, and tasks under tight deadlines
• Adaptability to fast-paced changes, team collaboration, and clear communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
• Physical ability to work on construction sites: walking uneven terrain, lifting up to 25 lbs, climbing
