What you will do
- Lead graphic designers and freelancers, providing visual direction aligned with learning objectives and brand standards.
- Translate creative concepts into cohesive UI systems, reusable components, and scalable visual patterns.
- Perform final quality control on visual assets, ensuring alignment, accessibility (color contrast, click targets, focus order), and development-readiness.
- Steward project-level design systems and Figma libraries using best practices like variants and auto-layout.
- Mentor designers with actionable feedback and solve complex visual challenges.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, LXDs, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to influence visual strategy.
Requirements
- Speak and write business English
- 5+ years of experience
- Current portfolio with relevant work samples
- Experience thriving in team environments and leading others
- Comfortable with virtual tools and available during established working hours
- Strong internet access
