What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for the website based on business problems and input from sales and marketing teams.
• Design new atoms, components, blocks, and interactive experiences for the main website.
• Create standalone micro-sites and specialized online tools to meet brand or commercial objectives.
• Maintain and extend the website design system to cater to new use cases and experiences.
• Design assets for social media channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with web developers to ensure high-quality translation of designs into working builds.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital design experience working in-house at a technology product company or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web, digital, and interactive design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including working with design systems, libraries, and variables.
• Deep understanding of browser capabilities and the ability to work within technical constraints.
• Must be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
• Must have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on prototyping abilities in HTML, CSS, and JS (AI-assisted is acceptable).
