Visual Design Lead

What you will do

• Design high-quality user interfaces grounded in UX principles and product strategy.
• Translate user research, experience patterns, and business objectives into mockups, prototypes, and scalable solutions.
• Apply systemic thinking to design systems, componentization, and product conceptualization.
• Collaborate with Experience Designers, Strategists, cross-functional teams, and clients through workshops and sessions.
• Lead presentations, mentor team members, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/Visual Design focused on digital products
• Strong UI skills within UX frameworks and product-focused mindset.
• High proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
• Experience in product conceptualization, design systems, and component-based design.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ / C1 preferred)
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale design systems or enterprise-level products.
• Working with global clients or tech-driven environments.
• Familiarity with research-driven design processes and product experimentation.
