TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 a year

What you will do

  • Lead qualitative and quantitative user research to synthesize findings into actionable design requirements.
  • Create sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for clinical reasoning solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners and front-end developers to ship and iterate on new product designs.
  • Develop and maintain the in-house UX Style Framework to ensure consistency across all projects.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of creating meaningful user experiences and visual hierarchies.
  • High proficiency in Figma, including design systems, variables, and interactive prototyping.
  • Experience working within Agile SCRUM teams.
  • Solid knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare design or knowledge of FHIR and clinical data workflows.
  • Knowledge of US clinical measures.
  • Experience with custom designs extending frameworks like GoJS, JointJS, or React Diagrams.
