TL;DR

IT Helpdesk Specialist (SaaS): Providing full-spectrum onsite IT support for the Barcelona hub, managing hardware lifecycles and AV systems with an accent on macOS fleet management and event technology. Focus on optimizing onboarding/offboarding workflows, maintaining critical office infrastructure, and leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain, and work onsite 4-5 days per week

What you will do

  • Provide first-line onsite IT support for macOS devices via Slack, walk-ups, and Freshservice.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hardware provisioning, account setup via Okta and Google Workspace, and offboarding.
  • Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment for internal and external events, meetings, and the office expansion.
  • Oversee asset inventory and local hardware procurement, including vendor management and stock rotation.
  • Maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and connectivity, and contribute to the IT knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficiency with macOS and Jamf for device enrollment and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience in AV and events support for corporate environments.
  • Must be based in Barcelona with willingness to work onsite 4-5 days per week.
  • Active use of modern LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily work is a hard requirement.
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Freshservice, Zoom Rooms, or Slack administration.
  • Basics of Python/bash scripting or low-code automation (n8n, Zapier).
  • Networking knowledge such as Wi-Fi diagnostics, VLAN concepts, or UniFi.
  • Proficiency in Spanish for coordinating with local vendors.
