• Lead design strategy and execution for high-impact product initiatives.

• Conduct user research and lead vision-oriented projects.
• Mentor fellow designers and contribute to the Design System.
• Integrate AI tooling and stay current with sports and media design trends.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in shipping large-scale web and native product experiences.
• Expert skills in Figma, prototyping, and animation.
• Strong visual and interaction design portfolio.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners (PMs, Engineers).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Subject matter expertise in sports or media fandom.
